SBS Online Enhancements

Version 10

We are delighted to announce the new version of SBS Online (version 10) is now available to Mainstream Schools and Academies. This version sees the further expansion of functionality into a cloud environment and shows our commitment to developing the software year on year.

All schools will benefit from the extended new screen layouts; easy to use reporting and can take advantage of additional new features and enhancements, including archiving budgets, salary and budget monitoring and cashflow forecasting.

Academy schools will see a fresh new approach to GAG reporting and monitoring. We have also developed an easy migration path from those mainstream schools turning into Academies.

The monitoring modules support the import of financial data from a number of finance packages and cater for; budget code, general ledger code and cost centre formats in both CFR and GAG reporting.

We have completed the upgrade of existing schools onto this latest release and we have been receiving some great feedback from School Business Managers, Head Teachers and Governors alike. All are impressed with the fresh look and reporting capabilities.

We continue to listen to our schools and consultants so that we understand future requirements and where we can make improvements to the software. We hope, as a result, every school and user can benefit from a fully comprehensive financial planning and budgeting web based system.
