Customer Service
Excellent customer service is of paramount importance to us and at all times SBS strives to improve the customer service we deliver. Our staff receives professional training on all the latest techniques and processes to ensure we are able to deliver leading edge professional services. The infrastructure that we have invested in brings with it the ability to manage large projects and volumes of work in an organised manner.
We regularly use online survey software to measure our customer’s satisfaction. The results of our satisfaction surveys feed into our continuous company improvement initiatives. In addition to this, each customer is visited throughout the year by a member of our management team to ensure that we are providing the service they expect and deserve.
