Tina Brown and Mark TadmanSBS is jointly owned by Tina Brown and Mark Tadman. Both are active Directors of the company and provide strong leadership to their ever growing workforce;working closely with the SBS management team to ensure growth and quality of service for their customers, whilst keeping abreast of the ever changing world of education and the need for more future acquisitions and expansion of service offerings.
The SBS business is built upon a strong team ethic that is harnessed by a talented management team; that has both acted as consultants themselves and worked in many Education establishments. Please see individual service pages for team’s synopsis.

Director’s Synopsis

Tina Brown – Managing Director

Tina BrownTina has many years’ experience within the Education Services environment, specialising in Finance services to schools. As one of the founder members of SBS she has been instrumental in setting up the company, driving new finance sales and initiatives and having overall management and HR responsibility for our rapidly growing workforce.

Tina’s career started in the banking industry some 22 years ago where she quickly progressed her career from mortgage sales to training branch staff throughout the UK. Tina’s move into education in the year 2000 gave her extensive experience in schools finance whilst she worked as a Bursar and later in the strategic arena leading the Schools Finance Support Team for Bournemouth LA. Tina moved into the world of consultancy in 2004 and her career took an unexpected new path working across the UK providing finance services to schools and LA’s until SBS was founded in 2007.

Mark Tadman– Business Development Director

Mark TadmanMark has worked in Education for 8 years now and have been part of hugely successful service delivery to schools and colleges. His commitment to excellent customer service and continuous improvement programs have overseen many successful years of managing services to schools.

Mark’s background is IT in the private sector working for some leading names in the delivery of ICT services to large customer bases, notably with EDS and Argos. The experience gained in managing such large numbers of customers has influenced the use of technology wherever possible to provide solutions whilst meeting agreed budgets.
