Investors In People

We are proud to announce that School Business Services has been awarded Investors in People (IIP) status. This accreditation is recognised as an achievement of world-class best practice. It is regarded as being the mark of a truly cutting-edge organisation operating at the very highest levels of people management practice, using the Investors in People framework to drive the organisation forward.

Following the assessment days carried out by Investors in People a full report was recieved and we would like to share with you some of the comments made by IIP and the recognition given to the many strengths within SBS:

'The company’s strengths include sound leadership and management, a thorough approach to training and development, good and improving practice in empowerment, and evidence of continuous improvements to the way people are managed. Information is being cascaded in a timely and pragmatic way and the vast majority of individuals surveyed during the visit showed high levels of motivation and job satisfaction, a clear indicator that SBS is looking after its people'
