Sage, Profile Monitor and other Updates

sbs-online-updates

We have worked with Sage to produce a report template you can upload into your Excel Reports within Sage.

This report will allow you to easily generate a Budget Monitor to import into SBS Online at just the click of a button. You can contact either Sage, or the SBS Online Service Desk and we are more than happy to provide you with this report.

We have also updated the Profile Monitor on SBS Online so you can now switch to ‘non-cumulative’ view. This allows you to see a month by month breakdown of your costings and income. The ability to switch between views is simple and quick, by clicking on the cog you can choose your preferred view.

The Profile Monitor looks at the previous months Budget Monitor to calculate the difference in the actuals then uses that variance to generate the value of Income or Expenditure for each month. This allows you to accurately track your monthly progress of your actuals against the amount you had budgeted.

Moreover, when viewing your Budget Entries and Internal Transfers, an additional column now allows you to clearly see whether the entry is a Brought Forward, Income or Expenditure budget line.

We have also implanted other minor enhancements.

We would like to take this time to wish you all a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year from the SBS Online team!
