Email security update for schools

online-security-blog-banner

It has been brought to our attention that we have had a couple of instances where a rule has been set up within Microsoft Outlook email client to forward all emails to a different email address.

We believe this may have come via a link that someone in the school has inadvertently clicked on within an email sent to them.

Important note: Never enter your Office 365 details from a link you have been sent.

Below is some useful guides for your to downloads.

Please check that you do not have any rules set up you are not aware of within your Microsoft Outlook. If you do discover anything you haven’t set up please contact the ICT Service Desk on 0345 222 1551 • Option 1
