As you might imagine, we have a very busy Service Desk here at SBS, and this is particularly true at peak times of year such as now.

When you call us, it is essential that we take down some key items of information (even if we resolve the issue straight away) because we need to keep a detailed log of all calls to the Service Desk. This helps us to monitor performance against our Key Performance Indicators, analyse peak times and identify recurring incidents.
