School Census - Autumn 2015

It's that time of year again!

School census date Thursday 1st October 2015, please remember that this census is very important for your funding allocation.

We will be sending out the documentation for preparing for the school census in the next week or so. We would however advise that should you require a visit to help you through this busy and challenging time, you contact our Service Desk to arrange an appointment as soon as possible as we do tend to get very booked up over this period. Please remember that we do offer a remote service for census and further details can be found on our website. Click here for further details. You need to have upgraded your SIMS system to version 7.164 and have Fileset 204 which contains the latest DfE requirements.

Information to be collected:

• Attendance from 06/04/15 to 31/07/15
• Exclusions from 01/01/15 to 05/04/15
• Free School Meals from 22/05/15 to 01/10/15
• Learning Aims/Support 01/08/14 to 01/10/15 (Post 16)
