The ULN Service has been de-commissioned

You can no longer submit ULN requests via Secure Access S2S.

Previously CTF files could only be submitted to LRS via the S2S system, which would in turn 'translate' these files and submit them to LRS on behalf of schools. Now, schools acquire the Unique Learner Numbers directly from the LRS portal using the same format files (i.e. CTF). This will have a number of benefits, but the main improvement will be the handling of any errors. The LRS user interface should allow users to go through any data issues one by one and then download an updated CTF file that contains ULNs for all records in the original file.
