We strive to maintain a consistent approach to service delivery across our support services and products. Service delivery is at the heart of what we do and we pride ourselves on our high levels of customer retention.

We work hard to gain an in-depth understanding of each school’s existing situation and strategic vision and are committed to developing a strong working relationship with you. By way of achieving this we will speak to you regularly to understand your levels of satisfaction and any frustrations, whilst at the same time keeping you up to date with the latest SBS news. Furthermore we have internal monitoring processes to ensure you are getting the level of service you deserve.

We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with the service you receive from SBS. However, if there’s something you’re not happy with please communicate this to us as soon as possible so that we can resolve any issues.

We will use the information from any complaints and online customer surveys to measure our customer satisfaction and allow us to continually improve.
