Ideal for primary and secondary schools, the service includes broadband, web filtering and security all in one package.
This exciting partnership resulted from our ongoing mission to support schools in light of ever decreasing budgets and provide affordable, quality services. A top priority was to identify a strong alternative to their current broadband provision, increasing connection speeds whilst simplifying the implementation of the critical eSafety technology that schools require.
Our research shows that schools could save up to 40% of their annual cost, whilst increasing the performance and in some cases doubling the speed.
Furthermore, SBS is a fully-accredited support provider, delivering 1st and 2nd line Service Desk support for our customers.
“We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Schools Broadband to anyone and feel they offer a service which compares to none.”

“We have just upgraded our Broadband and I wanted to express my thanks to you and say what a simple exercise it has been. Your engineer was incredibly helpful, polite and efficient. I would recommend the process to anyone who might be thinking about it as the level of support was so good.”

“We’re a large secondary college and have quite a complex set-up on our internal network with multiple VLANS and Windows Domain Controllers. Schools Broadband installed everything to integrate with our network so that we didn’t have to reconfigure it. We now have a dedicated 1:1 fibre leased line with 1000Mbps, which is twice the speed supplied by the local authority.”

“Because of our ongoing expansion as a trust group, we always knew we wanted a VPLS for the school. This is now in place and is delivering far more than we could have hoped for. So far we have been using the VPLS mainly for our new finance system and remote support, but other converged communications are in the planning.”
