What will the course cover

• See key areas in Arbor in real-time
• Creating and Editing Wraparound Care within the Arbor System
• Manage different session lengths and prices
• Define the cut-off time for guardians to sign their children up
• Enable guardians to pay in advance and book through the parent portal and Arbor app
• Choose which account payments are taken from e.g. meals or a new account
• Choose whether parents need to pay for all sessions or just the ones their children actually attend

Outcomes

At the end of this session delegates will have a understaning of :

•  Setting up Wraparound care with in your system

• Staff in charge of Breakfast and After School Clubs

Knowledge required

• No previous knowledge of Arbor is necessary; however, an experience of using a computer and windows is desirable.
