An issue has been found regarding the latest SIMS upgrade and Sophos Intercept X
With all the excitement around the new upgrade we’ve unfortunately been made aware of an issue that will stop the upgrade from happening correctly.
If your school uses SOLUS3 and uses Sophos Intercept X, which is most likely for London schools, but could be anywhere, then we cannot currently carry out your upgrade.
If you are unsure whether this affects you or not, please contact your IT Support before planning in your SIMS upgrade.
Sophos are working on a fix and have indicated that this will be out early December.
