MIS Phone Options
As we are now an accredited support unit for several different Management Information Systems software suppliers we have made a couple of changes to our IVR (Interactive Voice response) telephone system.
The new options will assist us in fielding your calls to our dedicated Service Desk staff.
You will receive the same message to select Option 3 for MIS, following this you will be given 3 other options depending on the MIS your school uses;
- Option 1 | SIMS
- Option 2 | Arbor
- Option 3 | ScholarPack
Our staff will be allocated by skill set to the particular options; your queries can then be answered more efficiently.
Please be aware during very busy periods an overflow will be in place where one of our ServiceDesk assistants will be happy to help you and ultimately if all are busy, will go to a voice messaging system. This will automatically create a ticket and one of our Service Desk staff will get back to you as soon as we can.
When leaving a message on the answerphone please supply, name, number and which MIS system you use with a brief outline of the issue.
