Effective Monday 29th February, the SBS Online Service Desk contact details will change:

For email enquiries, please contact: sbsonline@schoolbusinessservices.co.uk Additionally you can click the link in the bottom left of the footer in each screen within SBS Online. For phone enquiries, please call 0345 222 1551 • option 8. The old email address and extension will still be monitored for a period of time until everyone is comfortable with the switch. The purpose for this change is to provide customers with a more direct route into the team and therefore assuring a speedier resolution.
