We have implemented new Teachers' Pay Scales for 2018/19 in SBS Online.
The new scales are STC (subject to confirmation) while we wait for official news about the rates in Inner London, Outer London and London Fringe, and indeed until unions accept the pay offer.
All Teachers' Pay Scales have been increased from 1st September 2018, based on the offer for Main to receive 3.5%, 1.5% for Leadership and 2% for Upper scales. Please note, this may be subject to change, so we have frozen the fix option. Schools with pay structures for teachers which fall outside of these national scales can introduce custom salary scales. The Service Desk can assist with this if needed.
