‘Headspace’ sessions with an ILM-qualified coach will give you time-out and space to reflect, think and action plan your current personal and school-specific goals. The topic of each session is determined by you; the coach provides a framework to support you explore and develop your thinking, identifying real or perceived barriers and unlocking your potential. The sessions provide a confidential, open minded, non-judgemental space to take that all important time-out to focus and reflect on personal and professional development.

Senior leader recruitment
