New RM Finance Housekeeping Course

SBS has created a remotely delivered training course to provide RM Finance users with the necessary skills to undertake general housekeeping of their finance system.  

We have created a page on our website providing more details, and the training will be delivered over Microsoft Teams or a similar solution and allows time for you to ask questions.

The topics covered are:

• Review all outstanding commitments - Remove unwanted orders
• Review all outstanding invoices
• 
  Review aged creditors
• Check  CFR coding structure  and mapping
• Review control accounts (Payroll  and VAT)
• Check outstanding VAT claims and agree to system
