Here at SBS we are trying to provide our customers with as much clear guidance as possible around the ESS Contract situation for SIMS Customers.

Whilst we are accredited providers for all of the main MIS systems, we believe in all SBS customers having a choice in their MIS system now and in the future, with the best possible support from SBS of course.

The CMA has now concluded its investigation into the conduct of ESS, accepting commitments from them to give the schools the option to apply for a 12 month break clause.

Schools only have until the 10th February to apply for the break clause, but will then have the time to look at their options, choose the right MIS for their school and migrate stress-free by Easter 2024.

There is no downside to getting the break clause, as schools can always choose to remain with SIMS.

With a leading MIS, you can;

    • Make impactful decisions based on real-time data.
    • Save money by consolidating platforms.
    • Operate more efficiently and save staff time.
    • Manage your MAT more effectively with trust wide analytics.
    • Maximise security and access from anywhere because it is cloud-based.

Time is running out – act now

    The new break clause is for a limited time only. So, if you are considering switching MIS and want to learn more about the switching process, then please get in touch.

    We are here to help and we have templates on hand to help you with anything should you choose to apply for the break clause, even if its to keep your options open.
