SBS has created a remotely delivered training course called SIMS Basics Practical, that covers all the basics of using and navigating SIMS. This course is delivered using our Virtual Training Environment to give you hands on experience using the system.

- Navigating SIMS
- Creating a pupil record
- Covering the various panels of a student record
- Importing CTFs
- Exporting CTFs
- Modifying student details, addresses and group membership
- Welfare panel
- Links Menu
- Changing teachers on pastoral structure
- Creating agents and agencies
- Creating an exclusion
- Running reports
